Seems like there's something missing in the Regkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\MMC30Core

guess it's gone be "windows"?
like in:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\MMC30Core
