Make sure it looks exactly like a normal OWA URL to your corporation all the way up to the <alias> part, then for the alias put in the username for the user and the rest of the URL from my posting and it should work.

M@-There is no way to skin this page, what you see is what you get :)

re: Top 11 Hidden Features in Outlook Web Access for Exchange 2003

Very nice; thank you.

re: Top 11 Hidden Features in Outlook Web Access for Exchange 2003

These features are great! My question, howver, is when will we see a version of OWA that is fully functional in "Premium" mode that supports non-IE browsers? Sure, I realize that it's a bit blasphemous to want to use Firefox for OWA, but I can't necessarily say that all of the users I support would agree with that.

re: Top 11 Hidden Features in Outlook Web Access for Exchange 2003

Some cool features we didn't know about there.

Not sure if this was done in SP2 or not (haven't had time to test it + update servers yet) - but the thing that gets most moans from the users here is Contacts in OWA. In Outlook you can right-click on a Contact and get the option to send them a message - will this functionality appear in OWA sometime? (Rather than having to open the contact then click on the toolbar button).

re: Top 11 Hidden Features in Outlook Web Access for Exchange 2003

The Shift-column command (#8) was one of the coolest things that I've learned!
