I am also eager to open a fresh case in case of failure again  with  this blog as a reference . ( may be in next 15 days ) &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I agree to the point Network  may be the source of  problem .  We never done netmon trace as last time we went to PSS they asked us to change  the GC in the RUS config . After that  we never approached PSS.
