Scott Landry's Bio

For the nearly 5 years I've been at Microsoft, I've spent most of my time in the trenches supporting and improving Exchange.  You may be familiar with my KB articles, newsgroup postings, event id documentation, or webcasts, mostly in the area of SMTP and Transport -- or perhaps I've bumped into you during the course of a support incident or at MEC.  At the present, I'm in a Supportability Program Manager role working to improve the amount of time it takes for us to respond to your issues.  I'd love to hear any feedback that you have!

Prior to coming to Microsoft, I worked for four years as an administrator supporting IIS, Exchange, and a medium-sized network.  My education background is a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of S. Carolina, so I try to poke around in code, especially when it helps me to solve an issue or understand how something works.
