When the FFA did its full investigation they found no gun powder around the hole and concluded with other data that it was most like that at the same time way up above a jetliner lost a nut or bolt, it hit the prop and was projected thru the window like a bullet.

What are the chances huh? But it was right near a VOR so it did make some reasonable understanding thats what happened.

Now thats FOD by using all 3 acronyms from above.
