Customer Satisfaction Survey
We're deep in planning for our next financial year which starts on July 1st and we've sent out some surveys to find out how you feel about what we've been doing so far this year. I'd like to see a response to the survey so we can gauge whether my ideas about what we're going to do are in line with what people want.
So if you get a "Customer Satisfaction Survey" from Microsoft, could I ask you to spend some time completing it please? Even if you're not in the UK (but read this blog) your responses will go to the appropriate manager in your country who will work to make sure that things happen at a local level.
We read all of your comments and try to act on as many as possible - it's a way for us to gauge how you're feeling.
- Otherwise you may get dancing chickens - or something similar at the next roadshow :-)
