Import Outlook 2007 to Live Calendar...
I've been playing with Live Calendar today – http://calendar.live.com - and found this about importing Outlook 2007 into Live:
Import your Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 calendar
If you have a Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 calendar, you can export your calendar in the ICS file format and then import it into a new or existing Windows Live Calendar Beta calendar. Earlier versions of Outlook don't support this file format. It is only supported in Outlook 2007.

Show me how |
- Start Outlook 2007, and then click Calendar.
- On the File menu, click Save as.
- Click More options.
- In the Date range list, select a date range.
- In the Detail list, select the level of detail that you want in the exported calendar:
- Availability only: Only your "busy," "free," "tentative," or "out of office" status information is exported.
- Limited details: Only your availability and the subjects of calendar items are exported.
- Full details: Full details and availability of the calendar items are exported.
- Under Advanced, click Show.
- If it is selected, clear the Include attachments within calendar items check box. Calendar Beta does not support attachments to calendar events.
- Click OK, and then click Save.
- Make sure that the ICS file is smaller than 10 megabytes (MB):
- Browse to the location where you saved the ICS file.
- Right-click the ICS file, and then click Properties.
- On the General tab, if the Size property is greater than 10 MB, export your Outlook 2007 calendar again, but reduce the date range to a smaller range. To export the entire date range, export your Outlook 2007 calendar multiple times with a different date range each time.

Now work commitments can go up where family can check for availability! Plus I can restrict it –
