I've been having a look at the Microsoft Action pack which seems to be rather good value for partners, especially the fact you get 4 updates per year and loads of sales and marketing materials. You get loads of software included in the £199 price too
You've got to take an online course and an assessment every year to show your skill level - but don't worry - the course is only 60 minutes long and free to take...
