Unplugged: the winning formula
Well the Exchange unplugged tour seemed to go really well. All the feedback I've received gives a big thumbs up to the format of the day. Its also good to have presenters from across the different business groups in Microsoft (Enterprise pre-sales, the partner group, and Evangelism) as you get a good perspective from business value, Total cost of ownership (TCO) to techy nitty gritty. The blogs that all the presenters have all server to encourage further conversation and dialogue.
So I had an idea about a Windows Server 2008 unplugged tour. To give you an opportunity to get together with the team (different team of course), the partners who are skilled in Active Directory and Windows Server deployments and get to chat in a much more informal environment that you get at TechNet events and at places like IT forum.
So what do you think? Shall I approach the Windows marketing manager for some cash for the tour? Let me know.
And if you're a partner who would like to host one of these events for your customers when we start the tour, just let me know and I'll get something sorted out and get you on to the schedule...
