Another SP2 issue post.....
Earlier today Raymond posted on an issue that I've seen several of myself, so I thought it wise to link to it from yet another place.
In a nutshell, you receive the error: "Explorer.EXE - Entry Point Not Found - The procedure entry point SHCreateThreadRef could not be located in the dynamic link library SHLWAPI.dll"
