Plaats daar de namen en de uitgebreide en korte omschrijvingen van uw diensten en producten. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Voordat we uw profiel publiceren in Microsoft Pinpoint, controleren we of het voldoet aan onze kwaliteitseisen. Als dat het geval is, &lt;b&gt;duurt het ongeveer een week&lt;/b&gt; voordat uw nieuwe profiel in Microsoft Pinpoint verschijnt. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Veel succes met Microsoft Pinpoint. &lt;P&gt;De dienst Technical Sales Assistance (TSA) is bedoeld voor onze certified en gold certified partners. Deze dienst biedt technische ondersteuning tijdens het pre-sales proces en is te bereiken op 020-5001002 of &lt;A href="mailto:nltsa@microsoft.com" mce_href="mailto:nltsa@microsoft.com"&gt;nltsa@microsoft.com&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;De dienst Technical Advisory Services (TAS) is bedoeld voor onze gold partners en biedt een aantal pro-actieve technische consultancy diensten tijdens het post-sales proces. Deze dienst is te bereiken op 020-5001003 of &lt;A href="mailto:nltas@microsoft.com" mce_href="mailto:nltas@microsoft.com"&gt;nltas@microsoft.com&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Hieronder een meer gedetailleerde beschrijving van de twee diensten:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Microsoft staat alle Gold en Certified Partners bij met een team van Partner Technical Specialists (PTS). Het PTS team staat u bij tijdens de pre-sales fase en helpt u met uw technische pre-sales vragen die betrekking hebben op Microsoft-oplossingen. Ze staan voor u klaar voor de best mogelijke serviceverlening. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Hebt u verkoopondersteuning nodig? Via Technical Sales Assistance (TSA) krijgt u toegang tot gratis onbeperkte hulp bij technische of concurrentievragen van de ondersteuningsmedewerkers van Microsoft. Wilt u 24 uur per dag hulp kunnen krijgen? Probeer Instant Response, een onlineservice voor Microsoft-partners waarmee u toegang krijgt tot een uitgebreide verzameling productinformatie zodat u zich kunt voorbereiden op vragen van klanten op het moment dat het u uitkomt.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;PTS’s kennen Microsoft en kennen de wensen en eisen van onze Gold en Certified Partners. Deze kennis gebruiken wij om u van essentiële informatie te kunnen voorzien. Door onze technische ondersteuning en productkennis waarborgen wij een vlotte en succesvolle inzet van Microsoft technologieën bij uw klanten.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;A very exciting job I have ...I must admit! I started 8 years ago in general consulting and moved very quickly into ERP consultancy. OK, I did not choose directly the "best" solution-;)rararara which one???....but is was a very good experience. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In 2004 I made one of the best decision in my life and I moved over to Dynamics AX consultancy. How does a Belgian ends up working for Microsoft in The Netherlands? Well, you can guess that I think;-)!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I hope to post here all the AX news I can get...What are the things I expect in the coming months?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;My name is Martijn Knevel, and I’m the Dynamics NAV PTS for the Netherlands. I’ve started back in 1999 at Navision Software. During the first years, I’ve had a number of roles, which included Software Development and System Administration. Since i’m a lousy programmer, after some time I started as a support engineer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In 2002 Microsoft bought Navision, and created the Microsoft Business Solutions division. I moved from the Navision Barneveld office to the Microsoft office at Schiphol, where I continued my role as a support engineer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In 2004 I moved from that role, to my current role PTS for Dynamics NAV.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This year we are releasing the biggest product update in the history of NAV software: Dynamics NAV 2009. In the last 3-4 years I’ve seen the 2009 release evolve and mature to become what it is today, in one of the last stages of development. The product looks and feels fantastic.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Most of my posts during the next months will be regarding the NAV 2009 release. I’m planning to update the blog at least 1-2 times a week. I will do my best to post as much as I can in English. However, since I'm not a translation guru, sometimes the posts will be in Dutch.&lt;/P&gt;

I started in Product Support Services as a support specialist in the Windows Core team. My main focus here was troubleshooting critical and deep technical issues with the Windows operating system. When I started we supported Windows NT4.0 and Windows 2000. I left PSS when Windows Server 2003 SP1 just got released around may 2005 and started as a consultant in MCS (Microsoft Consultancy Services).    &lt;br /&gt;In my role as a consultant I focused on nearly everything that had to do with Windows Operating System based infrastructures, application and server virtualization and information security. Information security in the broadest context.     &lt;br /&gt;The highlight of my time with MCS were the roughly 12 months I spent on the Windows Server 2008 RDP (Rapid Deployment Program). I worked closely with our product group and one of our customers (PGGM) to roll-out Windows Server 2008 during the beta/RC timeframe. This resulted in a &lt;a href="http://www.microsoft.com/virtualization/casestudy-pggm.mspx" mce_href="http://www.microsoft.com/virtualization/casestudy-pggm.mspx"&gt;case study&lt;/a&gt; that got a lot of attention during the &lt;a href="http://www.microsoft.com/netherlands/evenementen/it_herolympics/presentaties.aspx" mce_href="http://www.microsoft.com/netherlands/evenementen/it_herolympics/presentaties.aspx"&gt;IT Herolympics&lt;/a&gt; (Dutch 2008 launch wave) event where the customer (Immanuel Noorman, ICT Architect) and myself held a presentation around the specific scenario that we implemented.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Because of my experience during the Windows Server 2008 RDP I decided it was time for a more public facing role. So as of the 1st of July this year I started as a Partner Technology Specialist, focusing on &lt;a href="http://www.microsoft.com/infrastructure/about/gettingstarted.mspx" mce_href="http://www.microsoft.com/infrastructure/about/gettingstarted.mspx"&gt;Core IO (Infrastructure Optimization)&lt;/a&gt;. Short role description:&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;With focus on core infrastructure products, the Partner Technology Specialist - Core IO is a specialized role intended to both enable and support partner success in the technical pre-sales process. The job&amp;#8217;s primary purpose is that of enabling partner presales capability and co-selling on qualified opportunities. So let me first introduce myself and then see if I can share some useful info with you. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Almost 9 years I've been at Microsoft now and started off in the Product Support Services (PSS) group. Here I supported products like Office 2000, Windows NT/2000, SMS 1.2/2.0, Exchange 2000/2003 and last not but not least SharePoint 2001/2003/2007. This last product I really liked and determined that this was the future for me. I stuck with it and became a team member of the MOSS beta team for a few months. This was a really great experience! After this I moved into a TechLead role where I coordinated the overall SharePoint support quality and customer satisfaction throughout EMEA. Just at the moment SharePoint 2007 went RTM I moved into the Services Group within Microsoft as an IW Consultant. In this role I really learned a lot and gained a lot of customer experience. The most important thing I learned when implementing a SharePoint solution, is that technology is often not the problem, but rather other business related matters like setting up requirements, relating back to business goals, setting up processes and taxonomies etc. As of May 1st this year I started as a IW Partner Technology Specialist here at Microsoft. In this role I will be mainly focused on partner readiness.
