Daylight Saving Time and Time Zone update for Windows now available (August 2008)

The most recent cumulative updates to daylight saving time (DST) and world time zones (TZ) for Windows are now available for supported versions of the Windows operating system. The cumulative updates have been released to the Microsoft Download Center.
