Late breaking changes in Egypt: DST changes in the country on September 7

Advisory: Late breaking changes in Egypt : The government of Egypt has announced on August 23rd, 2007, a change in the observance of daylight saving time in the country stating that the time change will take place on September 7th at 1:00AM local time.
