&lt;p&gt;I mean, we have a couple of Exchange 2007 servers and when we move users we usually have the error message that &amp;quot;the replica is not consistent with the protected data source ID 91&amp;quot;. It does happen also with a domain controller when backing up the System State portion.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A consistency check is pretty useless. We had to delete the entire protection group, recreate it and force a synchronization. Too bad...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So far, no problems with file servers and SQL Server 2005 databases.&lt;/p&gt;
