Hello Ramzi,

your issue may find its roots in various areas. One of them is that the xbap is not allowed to be runed in the browser, or you do not have the proper version of the framework installed on the client (.Net 3.5 SP1 is the minimum required) or there is an issue with the certificate trust on the client.

You can start a logging trace on the client by appending "?verboselogging=true" at the end of the URL you use to access the ACP.

Hope this help.

Best regards,

Damien Caro

Hello,

the ACP as it is called (Agent Communication Panel) has been developped specifically for OCS 2007 R2 and Microsoft CRM, it uses the public API from both sides.

So to my knowledege, il is not possible to use the agent with something else than the CRM.

Best regards,

Damien Caro
