A Dashboard for Financial Controllers' KPI's
Microsoft IT has a dual role. They must not only execute projects and programs, but also be able to define how it was done in a replicable model for others to use. One valuable item to come from this mission is the dashboard which was created for Microsoft finance to monitor key performance indicators (KPI's) on a real time basis using excel services on SharePoint.
What has been published is an overview, a technical white paper on how its done, and a couple demos as well.
