Better customer relationships now, pay later

Microsoft CRM, home of the CRM which has the Outlook interface ( a true happy point for those who arent thrilled at dual data entry CRM systems), has announced a 36 month zero percent financing program in the US and 10 other countries.

For those not familiar, Microsoft CRM has the ability to tag outgoing marketing and sales mail so that responses can be associated without manual intervention.

In todays budgetary constraint filled environment, who cant use a program like this?
