Fiserv to develop on Microsoft CRM platform
FISERV announced at the Microsoft Financial Services Industry Exchange last week that they will replace their in house developed CRM components with the Microsoft CRM platform, leveraging Microsoft development and enhancing this platform with Fiservs unique Banking industry experience and capabilities.
