Branch Gateway Solution and stateful packet inspection
Data movement, particularly files and attachments, between branches or branch and home office, has been the source of a great deal of WAN traffic, thus cost. The Microsoft Branch Gateway Solution reduces this traffic by sending the changes to files instead of the whole file.
In addition, ISA Server 2006 will also be available on appliances.
