&lt;p&gt;Windows Server 2003 SP1 also has the same problem, and we realized this just in time to add it to our updated troubleshooting docs: &amp;nbsp;&lt;a rel="nofollow" target="_new" href="http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc431360.aspx"&gt;http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc431360.aspx&lt;/a&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I suspect this platform limitation hasn't quite made it into our Supported Configurations docs yet, so if it's not updated, check again next month.&lt;/p&gt;
