I searched for an error I was getting in SCE :

AssociateSecureRefsForADWriterAndAlertSubscriptionModules: Error: Sdk Service has not yet initialized. Please retry, Stack: at Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.DataAbstractionLayer.SdkDataAbstractionLayer.HandleIndigoExceptions(Exception ex)

There was only one link that came back, that was your blog. Thank you, I have submitted a request for that hotfix.

Unfortunately, I installed the hotfix and it did not solve my issue. I still get:

Any other thoughts? This is only occuring when I install the RMS and have it run under local system. The fix to install under a domain account and then switch back to local system didn't work either...
