If you have read my blog of late you’ve probably noticed that I haven’t exactly set the world on fire with riveting content.  There are a few reasons (excuses).  First and foremost I am not a very interesting person or at least don't have a lot of interesting things to say.  Secondly I am not much of a writer and finally my series of blog entries on values has been much more difficult for me to write than I ever anticipated.  In fact I have taken a fascinating and powerful process and managed to make it seem boring and pointless.
