My organization would want all blog posts reviewed by administrative staff before allowing them to be posted live.

I agree it can't be done, a blog needs to be written by the staff who work for an organisation, otherwise nobody is going to learn anything about it from the heart. And staff should be trusted, it's ridiculous to monitor every word that is written. I do despair.
