&lt;p&gt;I ahve just done a new Exchange 2007 Install and migration from 2003 and have the CAS, Hub Transport and Mailbox Store Roles in Hyper-V Virtuals and they seem to ruin pretty well.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Let us know how you go, it would be interesting to hear how it goes.&lt;/p&gt;
