&lt;p&gt;BTW, &amp;quot;MOVEit Freely&amp;quot; by Ipswitch is a free command-line client (ftps.exe) that supports the explicit sslmode. &amp;nbsp;Filezilla command line (putty sftp) does not seem to work.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I just repo'd this at home...took me a bit longer though...but quite cool, nonetheless&lt;/p&gt;
