Tim,

You bring up some interesting thoughts. I believe it is not being ignored but there is confusion of what will happen. Sean references Don Tapscott and Wikinomics and the implications are that we have to change the way we plan, coordinate, generate ideas and then action on this. Tani, I very much support your thoughts here. Sean provides a clarity that is rare and we are talking about doing a video interview next year.
