I'm always surprised by the number of people that aren't aware of the free resources and information available from Microsoft and that's why I highlight the IT Manager Webcasts available each month. However, don't forget to look at the Additional Resources section below - there are a ton of other webcasts available as well as the few that I highlight below as well as podcasts (good for listening to on your commute) and online virtual labs (excellent for checking out new technologies without having to find hardware and go through the fuss of installing it).
