One of Microsoft's biggest customers is Microsoft. Internally we try to use as many of our own products as possible and start using them well before they hit RTM stage. This process is known as dogfooding and as you can imagine, there are a number of challenges that go with this. Recently I sat down with Chris Brockbank, the Senior IT Manager for Microsoft Canada to see how we (well he) does it!
