Adding Active Directory Groups.
Along with Recent Contacts you may want to add your immediate work colleagues, so rather than searching for individuals, you can search for AD Groups and then drag the group into your buddy list. You can then, if you wanted to, send a group IM, start a ConfCall or Live Meeting as and when for the entire team.
