Powershell V2 CTP3 released

Been using this internally for the last couple of weeks and have been digging the changes.  Just wanted to put this out here to spread the word.

Hey Brad this PowerShell stuff sounds really cool. Hopefully you can help me with a problem. When I take an AD server down for maintenance I need to make sure all the critical roles have been moved off just in case theres a problem bring the server back.  Any ideas .....
