It's OFFICIAL - Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 have released to manufacturing (RTM)
Microsoft announced today (Wednesday 22nd July) that testing for Windows 7 (build 7600) and Windows Server 2008 R2 has been completed. Both products have officially been released to manufacturing (RTM). You can read the official press release here.
Windows 7 will be generally available to customers around the world on October 22nd. Microsoft Partners, OEMS, Business Customers, IT Professionals and Developers can find out when they will receive the release in this team blog article.
