&lt;p&gt;Exception calling update with (&amp;quot;0&amp;quot;) arguments: Access is denied. &amp;nbsp;(Exception from HResult: 0x80070005 E_AccessDenied.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Any thoughts on what is causing this? &amp;nbsp;I really like this method....&lt;/p&gt;
