Updated link for VMM 2007 Beta

The link for the 70-403 Exam Preperation Guide in the Beta Announcment is incorrect. The correct link is http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/exams/70-403.aspx. In the process of updating our sites the extensions for prep guides are changing from .mspx to .aspx. So if one is not working please try the other.
