FAILED</p> <p>Setup previously failed while performing the action &quot;Install&quot;. &nbsp;You cannot resume setup by performing the action &quot;BuildToBuildUpgrade&quot;.</p> <p>But after checking Watermark and then running setup.com /newcms /cmsname &nbsp;All goes Perfect!</p> <p>Thank you very mutch!</p> <p>p.s.</p> <p>so Microsoft did not fix this issue?</p>
