&lt;p&gt;I successfully upgrade the following server role Mailbox Role and Management Tools, but after taking offline second node and moving resource for upgrading server Clustered Mailbox Server I get this error message:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Configuring Microsoft Exchange Server......................... FAILED&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Setup previously failed while performing the action &amp;quot;Install&amp;quot;. &amp;nbsp;You cannot resume setup by performing the action &amp;quot;BuildToBuildUpgrade&amp;quot;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But after checking Watermark and then running setup.com /newcms /cmsname &amp;nbsp;All goes Perfect!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;so Microsoft did not fix this issue?&lt;/p&gt;
