I am using SQL Server Reporting 2000 and need to include a Table of Contents in a report for printing from PDF. Currently in SQL Server Reporting Services 2000 there seems to be no way generate a Table of Contents - of course if you know how to please let me know.

Document maps are great but are limited, in PDF they become Bookmarks and from what I can figure out they aren't (easily if at all) printable and only have one level of hierarchy. Do you know of a way to generate a TOC?

Also do you know if Reporting Services for SQL Server 2005 has the functionality to create a Table of Contents in a report?
