We've completed four of the ten cities on this cross Canada tour. So far, we have been to Toronto , Ottawa , Edmonton , and Victoria

re: On Tour with SQL Server 2005

Hi Barnaby,

Enjoyed the launch - thanks!

Please redirect me if this isn't the best place to post this question.

I am using SQL Server Reporting 2000 and need to include a Table of Contents in a report for printing from PDF. Currently in SQL Server Reporting Services 2000 there seems to be no way generate a Table of Contents - of course if you know how to please let me know.

Document maps are great but are limited, in PDF they become Bookmarks and from what I can figure out they aren't (easily if at all) printable and only have one level of hierarchy. Do you know of a way to generate a TOC?

Also do you know if Reporting Services for SQL Server 2005 has the functionality to create a Table of Contents in a report?

Thanks in advance!

re: On Tour with SQL Server 2005

Hi Barnaby:

I was at the Launch in Victoria on November 17 and enjoyed the presentations.

Do you know the estimated time of shipment for the Visual Studio and SQL software packages which were promised to be sent to our home addresses?
