(and we did not sell them the machine, it does not have a license attached, and customer wants to purchase a license) If so, can the key be entered with a key change tool like the one provided when the customer goes through the WGA process and purchases a key on-line, or does the OS have to be re-installed? If we apply the key or re-install as a service, can we use a license from a 3-pack since we're doing the 'install'? Does this apply to XP as well as Vista?&lt;/p&gt;
