The reason why appears to be IIS, as &amp;nbsp;WSS3 uses the .net framework version 3 and Exchange 2007 uses .net framework 2.0.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you install Exchange 2007 (obviously 64 bit) first then the IIS is configured for OWA with all the permissions and then also autodiscovery. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you subsequently add WSS 3 it reinstalls the new framework 3 also unfortunately it overwrites the IIS settings so OWA breaks as does autodiscovery. Some work arounds suggest installing WSS 3 first then Exchange so Exchange picks up the last settings, or use virtual server. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Last advice I saw was don't run on the same machine.&lt;/p&gt;
