A Troubleshooting Test Lab Guide (TLG) summarizes the key troubleshooting tools for a product or feature, displays the results of the tools in the working test lab, and contains a series of troubleshooting scenarios to practice troubleshooting techniques. For an example, see the Test Lab Guide: Troubleshoot DirectAccess.
Each troubleshooting scenario guides the reader through breaking the configuration of the test lab in a specific way, demonstrating the effect on the product or feature functionality, and then performing root cause analysis of the problem.
If you want to create your own troubleshooting scenario to extend a Troubleshooting TLG, you can now use the Test Lab Troubleshooting Scenario Template.
