&lt;p&gt;I suspected that this was USA (more or less) only but as it&amp;#39;d been very unfortunate if I as a partner missed out just because I didn&amp;#39;t know better I had to check the terms and conditions just to be sure.&lt;/p&gt;

In their own datasheet, they disparage this model as &amp;quot;a shared slice of a Windows server&amp;quot; with some FUD about how that model is vulnerable to crashes.
