is this correct, that a new customer can use the Windows Phone 8 features only, when he pay for the "App-Hub" and buy a certificate for round about 300,- EURO?

I don't know the costs and requirement for iOS and Android at this moment, but together, there is like a summary of 500,- EURO additional "first costs" for new customers.

When i understanding the requirements true, is there any way like a "self-signing" cert for KMU / SMB?

Thanks for your answer.

Regards

michael
