We would like to know if Windows Intune can be purchased in parts as opposed to its complete suite of features similar to Microsoft Online Services - BPOS (http://www.microsoft.com/online/products.mspx) where you can subscribe to the whole suite or individual services. For example businesses may not need every feature on Windows Intune but may need to use Microsoft Easy Assist for their tech support team to help end users.
Also when will mobile device management for Windows Phone 7 and perhaps earlier be available on Windows Intune?

Can you clarify what the situation is with customers who have users with multiple devices (ie) a desktop and laptop. How is Intune charged, by device or user account?
Windows Intune will be licensed by device, not by user. In your example above, the user's desktop and laptop would consume two licenses.
