I do not know about on premise Windows Server AppFabric. It is not mentioned in rebranding article on zdnet: <a rel="nofollow" target="_new" href="http://www.zdnet.com/blog/microsoft/microsof-to-eliminate-its-azure-cloud-branding/12654">www.zdnet.com/.../12654</a>.
