Let's get to the interview!

  1. Who are you and what do you do? What are your specialty technologies?

I am Payman Biukaghazadeh; I studied Industrial Engineering, system analysis major.

I started my working adventures with a couple of BPM and BPR projects in big companies such as IKCO. About 5 years ago I have been engaged in an MS CRM deployment project. After that project my life was completely changed, and I started to devote my whole life to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. At the beginning, I did more analytic jobs, but for now I am more technical than analytic. Currently I am an MCC in MS CRM and struggling to become an MVP! For more information about me, check my website.

  2. What are your big projects right now?

I am currently working on a cloud solution for clinics management in MS CRM platform. Another big project which I work on is the deployment of CRM for the Final (Iran’s biggest online hypermarket).Currently I have finished the Sport Events Prediction Solution in MS CRM which is specially developed for the Brazil World cup 2014. And as a current job we have to maintain and create new contents on the Persian Dynamics CRM Community.

  3. What is it about TechNet Wiki that interests you?

When I started to learn about the MS CRM, it really came complicated to me. But with the help of Technet Wiki, I succeed to learn a lot of things. When I think about the Wiki it really really looks interesting: Others helped me to improve my skill, now it’s time for me to help others to improve their skills. So, I consider my activities in Technet Wiki and forums as a TASK to help other people. It is interesting idea. Isn’t it?

  4. On what Wiki articles do you spend most of your time?

This article about customizing charts in CRM 2011 took about 10 days for me to gather content and write it.

  5. Who has impressed you in the Wiki community, and why?

Definitely he is Ed. Lots of activities on almost all sections of MS Social. Unbelievable. I think he has more than 24 hours a day!

  6. What are your top 5 favorite Wiki articles?

Claims based authentication for CRM 2011 is one of my favorite articles. The other one is Plugin Registration Console Application (a good article by Jamie Miley).

  7. What could we do differently on TechNet Wiki?

Currently the official knowledge about the products are published on MS libraries. Is there any possibility that the community also contribute to these articles on Wiki?

  8. What does success look like for TechNet Wiki?

Someday, there would be no need for Microsoft libraries and everything about the knowledge of the MS products would be created by community in Technet Wiki. This is an ideal destination, but when we reach that, it is a complete success for Wiki (my opinion! :D).

Thank you, Payman, for all your community contributions! We love having someone in our community who is an expert in the Persian language and in CRM!
