Can you tell I’m moving towards the top of my in-box?  My earlier release announcement was three months late; this one is only two weeks so.

Cumulative Update Package 2 for SQL Server 2008 has been released and is available for download here.  As always, Microsoft recommends that you test this package on another instance before installing it into production.  You should also only apply this update if you’re experiencing one of the issues delineated in the KB article.

If you need it, go get it!
