As of the very moment this post -- the four hundredth, if you can believe it -- goes live, Ward Pond's SQL Server blog will be two years old.

It's been a very educational and enjoyable ride for me.  I hope it has been for you as well.

This post, which commemorates the blog's first anniversary, was the fifty-ninth post on the blog, which means I've made 341 posts in the last 365 days.  Hopefully you found some of them useful.

The traffic statistics here continue to be pretty impressive, despite the changing focus of the enterprise since I started in the SQL CoE a little more than a year ago.  Perhaps most of the hits are spam-bots, but this little corner of the Internet is typically in the top 12% of http://blogs.technet.com/ traffic.  I continue to be humbled and amazed by these numbers.

Given that, I see no reason to stop..  so on to year 3 (or Year III, as they'd call it in the National Football League) of the blog..
