General Manager

 Sherle Webb-Robins, General Manager, U.S. Enterprise Partner and Industry Solutions

Sherle Webb-Robins is general manager of Microsoft’s U.S. Enterprise Partner and Industry Solutions organization. In this role, Webb-Robins is responsible for leading U.S. industry and partner-led sales and marketing, including national and field sales, alliance partners, independent software vendors, enterprise managed partners, operations and vertical industry teams. The organization serves customers and partners across Microsoft’s enterprise software, cloud services, devices and industry solutions offerings.

Prior to this role, Webb-Robins served as senior director, Worldwide Commercial Systems Integrator Alliances.  In that role she led Microsoft’s worldwide business with commercial systems integrators partners. She was responsible for driving the revenue, growth, relationship and enterprise credibility commitments with these strategic alliances, as well as managing a global team of business development managers and field partner account managers who support the Alliances in field-led selling activities. 

Earlier, Webb-Robins was responsible for the Microsoft Partner Program.  She led the architecture, design and operations for the industry-leading partner program which touches more than 640,000 global Microsoft partners.

Before joining Microsoft in 2005, she was a 16-year employee of Sun Microsystems, serving most recently as vice president of Sun’s Global Partner Sales and Marketing group where she drove worldwide strategy, strategic alliances, architecture, infrastructure and related programs for Sun’s partners.  Her responsibilities included leadership of the partner program and developing the enterprise mid-market business opportunity for Sun’s partners.

Webb-Robins holds a B.S. in computer science from Texas A&M University. She resides in Bellevue, Washington with her husband and daughter.
