This week, retailers, innovators and influencers will gather in the Big Apple to hit the BIG Show - the 102rd National Retail Federation’s flagship industry event for the retail community. The four-day event will be particularly special for me, as this is my first time attending. I am most excited to show the world how Infusion is revolutionizing the retail experience.
This is an amazing time for innovation in retail, particularly for brick and mortar. Quite simply, online shopping can’t duplicate the in-person experience. Ground-breaking tech, including touch, voice and gesture-based solutions, and the data platforms that underlie them are personalizing the retail experience for each and every customer.
One of Infusion’s main missions is to marry technology to the brand promise of a company. And we’ve recently worked with some of the top brands in the world such as Build-A-Bear Workshop, L’Oreal, Samsung, FGL, and Benjamin Moore to leverage cutting-edge technologies in exciting new ways. Some of these technologies are showcased in our NYC offices during NRF and it is amazing to see them all together in one place!
Also, we’ll be showing off some pretty amazing technology at Microsoft’s booth (#1005), including an interactive wall that displays live Twitter feeds from the show and Intel Aim technology that can actually provide tailored content depending on the majority of genders at the booth.
