I am excited to be a new member of the Microsoft Partner Enablement and Learning Channel Team, serving Microsoft's West Region partners as the Regional Enablement Director. My two main areas of focus are:

  • Build partner capacity and drive enablement, programs, and incentives that help West Region partners increase the sales and deployments of their Microsoft-based solutions;
  • Support the U.S. partner ecosystem, including our Microsoft Learning Partners (partners who have attained the Microsoft Learning competency), to increase share and customer wins against competitors.

While my main focus is working with the Partner Account Managers in the West Region and the partners they manage, I think my day-to-day work with them will provide insight to which programs, tools, training, and other resources that we make available to all members of the Microsoft Partner Network can help you be successful with your Microsoft-based solutions.
