Yes, we see no link to MSVS in the "development" license list when we log in to our partner account.

Yes, Where is the download link? Its not in the partner center, MSDN is requesting a subscriberID. and the partner network dash does not show msdn subscribtions available to distribute to users. So is there a time period you must wait before msdn is available after purchasing MAPS Development and Design?

Hi Steve, it is supposed to be included but when the subscription is activated you cannot download Visual Studio at all. Do yu know why?
