I called MS last week on this issue and was stunned to learn that BCM was included only in the Pro version however, the MS tech dept told me that they would call me back today (July 6th between 8 and 9am) to provide a link where I can download it directly from MS. This download link wasn't yet available when I called and he said it would be on June 30th.

According to the Tecg-G promotion: "But if the customer purchases Outlook 2007 with BCM or an Office suite that includes Outlook 2007 with BCM during the Tech-G promotion (http://www.office.com/techg) the customer can download BCM:

“Customers who have Outlook with Business Contact Manager 2007 as a standalone product or in an Office 2007 suite will be able to download Business Contact Manager 2010 separately at no additional cost.”

However, I am unable to find any way to access this download after completing the upgrade process - who can I contact for help? Anyone Please?

I have followed all the procedures for the tech guarantee program, but acnnot find where or how to download the Business Contact Manager 2010 upgrade? Can anyone tell me how/where to find it?

I don't see anything in that .doc about BCM. What's the procedure for downloaded BCM 2010 as part of the Tech Guarantee? A lot of people are asking about BCM 2010 in the MS Answers forums.
